17 Mill Wall Place is an early 19th-century, two-storey house featuring three windows. The building is constructed of red brick and has a wooden eaves cornice adorned with modillions. The windows are fitted with Venetian shutters, and the glazing bars remain intact. A trellised wooden porch enhances the entrance, which includes a flat rectangular fanlight above a six-panel door.
