Description

New Barn House is a 16th-century timber-framed building that has been restored and partly refaced. The ground floor is brick, and the upper portion is stuccoed. The roof is tiled, with a half-hip design, and a prominent brick chimney stack. The windows are casement style. The house has two storeys and four windows. A modern gabled brick porch has been added. A flint wing is attached to the left-hand side. Inside, original exposed beams and a 16th-century fireplace with a surround of Caen stone are visible.
