Description

White Cottage, located at No 111 on Wilmington High Road, is a building that likely dates back to the 17th century. It features a timber frame that was refaced in stucco during the 18th century. The structure has two storeys and attics, with gabled dormers. Its half-hipped tiled roof has one gable. The building includes two sash windows, with some of the original glazing bars still intact. On the left side of the ground floor, there is a canted bay window. A chimney breast is present on the west wall, and the entrance has a doorcase topped with a flat wooden weather hood.
