Description

Durham House and Durham House Cottage date from the early 18th century. Durham House is two storeys tall and constructed of red brick, featuring two parallel ranges. It has a tiled roof with two hipped dormers, a stringcourse, a cornice, and a parapet. The house has six sash windows with wide glazing bars that are intact and includes a Tuscan portico. The Cottage is a later addition, made of buff bricks and has one window, with a pentice portion to the southeast that is faced with tarred weatherboarding.
