2. Durham House is early C18 in date. Two storeys red brick. Two parallel ranges. Tiled roof with 2 hipped dormers. Stringcourse, cornice and parapet. Six sashes with wide glazing bars intact. Tuscan portico. The Cottage is an addition of one window in buff bricks with a pentice portion to the south-east faced with tarred weatherboarding.
