Description

Nos 79 to 82 Northgate are three-storey buildings with largely 18th century fronts, although they retain the overhang of the second floor from an earlier structure. The buildings are constructed of painted brick and feature two sash windows on each floor, all with intact glazing bars. Nos 79 and 80 have 19th century shop fronts, while Nos 81 and 82 display a rusticated ground floor with round-headed doorways, semi-circular fanlights, and six-panelled moulded doors. These buildings are part of a group that includes Nos 76 to 91 Northgate.
