Description
No. 4 The Cathedral Precincts is an early 19th-century building featuring a three-storey structure with a basement, constructed from painted brick. It has a hipped tiled roof. The facade includes two sash windows with intact glazing bars, while the first floor features a three-light canted bay window on the right side. On the ground floor, there is one bow window and a central doorcase, which is set in a wooden architrave and flanked by six panelled doors. Access is provided by three steps. This building is part of a group that includes Nos. 1 to 7, which are consecutive.
