The wall adjoining Bailey House on the right is a medieval structure approximately 15 feet high, constructed from flint, ashlar, and brick, topped with a brick coping. It is part of a group that includes No 1, the wall adjoining No 1 to the right, a water pump opposite No 1, No 2, Nos 4 to 18 (even), St Augustine's College, Hall, Chapel, The Cemetery Gateway, The Great Gateway, and the wall in front of St Augustine's.
