Description

Thatched Cottage is a building from the 18th century or earlier, located on the southeast side of Canterbury Road in Herne Common. It is two storeys high and constructed of red brick, with the right side featuring applied wooden struts at intervals. The cottage has a thatched roof and contains a total of two windows, which include one sash window and one casement window on each floor. The original trellised wooden porch has been replaced by a modern door.
