Description

Littlebourne Court House is an 18th-century house located on the north-east side of Littlebourne Church Road. It is two storeys high with attics. The front elevation is cement rendered and features grooving to imitate masonry. The roof is tiled and has two dormers. A cornice runs along the top, finished with a parapet. There are three sash windows with original glazing bars. The doorcase features engaged columns, a pediment, a rectangular fanlight, and a six-panelled door.
