Brookland Cottages, located at Nos 20 and 22 on Nargate Street in Littlebourne, date back to 1733 and are constructed in a pattern of black bricks. The building is two storeys high and made of red brick with grey headers. It features a tiled roof with axial chimneystacks. The front has three modern casement windows and one blank window, along with simple doorcases.
