Description

Tudor Cottage, located at No 26 on Nargate Street in Littlebourne, dates from around 1560. This two-storey cottage with attics features a timber frame filled with plaster and roughcast. The west elevation showcases post and panel framing, curved braces, and retains one original window opening. The gable is jettied, and the cottage has a tiled roof with one window. A crow-stepped chimney breast made of flints, roughcast, and red brick is present on the north wall. The entrance includes a simple doorcase.
