Description

The Barn Tea Rooms is a late mediaeval barn, originally part of a farm whose farmhouse now serves as the Chestfield Golf Club House. It is currently used as a tea room. The barn is large, with an aisle, and has a weatherboarded front. The roof is mostly thatched, with a partially tiled section, featuring a projecting hip on the south side. Inside, the roof structure includes tie-beams and arched braces.
