Sparrer Court is a 17th century cottage located on the north side of Molehill Road in Chestfield. The building has two storeys and features two windows on the first floor. It is constructed of red brick and has a steeply pitched hipped roof that is tiled. The cottage is adorned with small casement windows that have lead lights.
