Description
Japonica and Dormer Cottage is a building that dates from the 18th century and is located in Upper Hardres, Bossingham on The Street. Dormer Cottage is a single-storey structure with attics, built of red brick featuring a diaper pattern in black bricks. It has a tiled roof with two hipped dormers, two sashes with intact glazing bars, and a simple central doorcase. Japonica, built in the mid-19th century, is a two-storey red brick building with long and short quoins, two sashes with intact glazing bars, and a modern curved bow.
