Description

Longport House, located at 944 Longport, is a late 18th-century building constructed as one block. This three-storey structure is made of red brick. The central section, which is No 2, slightly projects and features a gable shaped like a pediment, containing a semi-circular window. The building has a parapet with stone coping. The central portion includes larger windows compared to the others, along with a doorway that has pilasters, a pediment, a rectangular fanlight, and a six-panel moulded door. Most of the glazing bars remain intact. Longport House, along with Nos 13 to 15 Church Street, forms a group of buildings of architectural significance.
