Description

Albion House is a mid-18th century house, originally comprising Nos. 24 to 28 Beksbourne Lane, Littlebourne. The building was previously listed under The Green. It has a basement and attics, and the front was refaced with mathematical tiles around 1815. The roof is hipped and tiled, with two hipped dormers. The front features three sash windows with intact glazing bars. The ground floor has two three-light bays with shutters. The building has a plinth and a doorcase with pilasters and a projecting cornice. There are two stone steps and footscrapers. The right side elevation features two cottages, dating from circa 1800, constructed of stucco with slate roofs and three sliding sashes.
