Leigh Cottage, dating from the 18th century, is a two-storey building constructed of painted brick with a tiled roof. The facade features two tripartite sash windows, with the ground floor windows set in cambered architraves. There is a simple cambered doorcase. This building is included for its group value with the adjacent property, No. 36 (Leigh).
