Penny Pot House is a 18th-century building that was originally an inn. Above the doorway, there is a stone inscription that reads "The Penny Pott Ale House 1751". The structure is two storeys high and constructed of red brick, featuring a hipped tiled roof and a cornice with modillions. It has three casement windows and a simple doorcase.
