Description

Newnham Farmhouse is an early 18th-century house that was refaced in the 19th century. It has an L-shape and two storeys with attics in the gable end. The exterior is stuccoed, with a tiled roof, hipped at one end and incorporating a pentice. A stringcourse runs along the building. There are five windows, primarily sash windows with original glazing bars. Casement windows are set within cambered arches on the side elevation. A modern wooden pentice is also present.
