Description

Rosedene is a pair of early 19th century timber-framed cottages that stand three storeys tall, featuring weatherboarding on the exterior. The roofs have a half hip roll covered with modern concrete tiles, and there are box eaves gutters supported by small console brackets. Both cottages have two dormers that have been modernized. No 116 retains box sash windows with intact glazing bars, along with a porch and a door made of six fielded panels. In contrast, No 114 has modern casement sashes without glazing bars and a modern door.
