Description

Grove Cottage is an early 19th-century building located on the south side of Summer Hill in Harbledown. It is a single-storey structure with a stucco exterior and a slate roof, featuring a cornice and parapet. The cottage has two pointed sash windows, each with dripstones above and Gothick glazing. Access to the pointed doorway is gained by climbing six steps, which are accompanied by an iron handrail. The doorway itself has a pointed fanlight and a six-panel door with moulded details.
