Description

Claverings is an early 19th century house located on the south side of Summer Hill in Harbledown. The house is two storeys high and has a stuccoed exterior. It features a hipped tiled roof with sprocket eaves, and a stringcourse. There are three sash windows with intact glazing bars, whilst the ground floor windows have Venetian shutters. A round-headed doorway, rusticated in style, provides access and includes a semi-circular fanlight above a six-panelled door.
