Description
Rattle Hall is a house built in the mid-19th century. It features painted brick with ashlar dressings and has a slate roof. The building is one storey with an attic, standing on a plinth with a string course and a dog-tooth cornice. A central shaped gabled dormer window breaks the eaves level. There are two projecting shaped, kneelered gabled wings. The house has three windows on each floor, which are metal casements set in chamfered stone surrounds. The entrance is located in a kneelered gabled porch on the right side of the front, featuring a four-centred moulded opening and a plank and stud door.
