Description

Field Cottage, originally the stables of Hendon Hall, has been converted into a dwelling. It dates from the late 17th century and is built of red brick with alternating grey headers. The building has two storeys and features a steeply-pitched hipped tiled roof. A moulded wooden cornice with eaves brackets runs along the top, and there is a stringcourse made of red brick and grey headers. The exterior includes three casement windows, while the interior showcases exposed beams.
