Description

Merrington Place is an L-shaped house built around 1800. It has two storeys and is constructed of red brick. The roof is hipped and covered with slate, featuring an eaves cornice. There is a painted stringcourse running along the building. The east side has five windows, one of which is on the first floor and has a segmental head with a keystone above it. The south front has three windows and is finished in stucco, with a porch at the east end and a round window in the center of the first floor.
