Description

Beach House is an 18th-century house that has been refronted in stucco. It stands two storeys tall with an attic and features a parapet. The building has two dormers and three windows, although the glazing bars are missing. There are two bay windows on both the ground and first floors. The original doorcase is no longer present. The side elevation is tile-hung on the first floor. Beach House is part of a group with Nos 63 to 67 (odd).
