Description

No 60 on High Street is a timber-framed building dating from the 15th to 16th century, now featuring tile-hanging. It has two storeys and an attic, topped by a steeply pitched tiled roof with an eaves cornice. The front has two windows and one dormer, which contains a casement window with original diamond panes. On the first floor, there are two sash windows, although the glazing bars are missing, along with one small bay window. A 18th-century wing has been added at right angles to the rear. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 60 to 66 (even).
