Malthouse Farmhouse is a 16th century or earlier timber-framed building featuring plaster and painted brick infilling. The first floor on the north, west, and south fronts extends outward, supported by the ends of the floor joists and brackets, and is tile-hung. The building has a half-hipped tiled roof and consists of two storeys with five windows.
