Description

Mansion House is a timber-framed building dating from the 16th century or earlier, which was refaced in the 19th century. The ground floor is finished with red brick, while the upper floor features tile hanging, retaining the overhang of the north-west window bay on brackets. There are two plastered gables that also overhang on brackets. The bays beneath these gables are located on the ground and first floors, with the northern first floor bay having a cove beneath it. The building has a tiled roof and features sash windows, although the glazing bars are missing.
