Description
Dunn's Hill House is an L-shaped building dating from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. It stands two storeys high with attics and is constructed of pale red brick, with some areas painted white. The roof is tiled and features two dormers. A paired bracket cornice adorns the top. The house has three windows, two of which are three-light canted bays that extend through both floors. The lower halves of the first-floor glazing bars are missing. The central doorcase is topped with a pediment and has a triglyph frieze, supported by Tuscan half columns. The door has been replaced with a glazed version. There is a wing in a matching style on the right-hand side.
