Description

Homewood is a building dated 1766, located on Ashford Road. It is constructed of red brick and features a central section that is three storeys high with five windows, flanked by two modern wings in Neo-Georgian style, each two storeys tall with four windows and recessed ground floors. The building has a hipped tiled roof with an eaves cornice and a stringcourse above the first floor. The glazing bars are intact. The entrance is marked by a rusticated doorcase with a pediment, a keystone, and a five-panel moulded door.
