Description

The remains of Hyde Abbey, located on the south side of King Alfred Place, date back to 1855 and are classified as medieval. The structure features flint and stone walls, along with three arched bridges made of flint and stone, one of which is constructed from ashlar. All the listed buildings in King Alfred Place are recognized as a group.
