Description

No. 34 Hyde Street dates to the late 18th century. The building is constructed of red brick laid upon a stone plinth. It is two storeys high, with a symmetrical three-window facade. The windows are 19th-century sash windows set within flush frames. A small, late 19th-century shop front is located on the right-hand side of the central doorway. The roof is tiled and features a decorative cornice with toothed dentils. Numbers 32 to 60 Hyde Street are designated as a group of buildings with special architectural or historic merit.
