Description

This is a pair of houses located next to Beam Ends on Bank Street in Bishops Waltham, dating from around 1600, with a mid-19th century recladding. The walls are constructed of brick in Flemish bond, featuring rubbed flat arches and stone cills. The roof is tiled and half-hipped on the east side. The original timber frame is entirely concealed by a front wall, giving the appearance of a symmetrical pair of small houses. The north front has two storeys with two windows, which are sashes in exposed frames with narrow side panes. There are plain doorways, including one Victorian door with arched panels.
