This is an 18th-century building on the west side of Great Minster Street. It is two storeys high with an attic and has three windows. The exterior is painted brick with a dentil cornice and an old tile roof. A square window is centrally positioned on the second floor, and a central panel is present on the first floor. The doorway has an open pedimented doorcase, leading to a plain door with a rectangular glazed light. A fascia board is located at first-floor level. The ground-floor windows are 19th-century sash windows; the upper-floor sashes have glazing bars. The building forms part of a group of listed buildings along Great Minster Street.
