Description
Crossways, located in Farnborough, is a mid-19th century building that was originally a pair of houses and is now used as offices. It features a two-storey structure in a subdued Regency style. The main facade has six windows and a low-pitched roof covered with mastic over slate, supported by wide eaves on coupled brackets. The walls are made of cement, with a decorative band at the first floor, as well as quoins and a plinth. The first floor openings have plain architraves, while the ground floor windows on the north and west fronts are topped with a cornice on brackets that extends to the width of the shutters. The north front includes three windows and a wide arched central door, while the south front also has three windows and a narrow arched doorway. The windows throughout the building are sash windows.
