Description
No. 43 St Thomas's Street is an early 19th-century building with a rendered facade featuring a cornice and parapet. The roof is not visible. It stands three storeys high and has four windows, which are unbarred sashes with Venetian shutters. The eastern half of the facade is curved and includes two of the windows. There is a doorway adorned with pilasters, a pediment, and a semi-circular fanlight above a six-panelled door. This building, along with Nos. 30 to 43 (consecutive) and No. 46, forms a group with Monmouth House, its gate and overthrow, and Quadrille Court, its wall and gate opposite.
