Description

Yeouilton House is an early 19th-century building located on the north side of Christchurch Road in Everton. It is finished in stucco and features wide eaves and a hipped slate roof. The house has three storeys and two windows on the front, which contain barred sashes. An iron balcony with delicate tracery and a tented hood runs along the first-floor facade. The western facade also has three storeys and three windows, again with barred sashes and jalousies. Yeouilton House and its lodge are part of a group.
