Description

This boundary stone, located east of the junction with Rectory Avenue in Farlington, dates from the 18th century and is made of Portland stone. It is a rectangular pillar with a rounded top. The stone features incised letters that read "0 ft. 6 ins. south from back." On the south side, there is a city crest along with the lettering "City of Portsmouth."
