Westfield House is an early 19th-century brick house with a tile roof located on West Street in Havant. The building features a symmetrical front with two storeys and three windows. The walls are made of blue header brick with red dressings, and it has brick dentil eaves, quoins, a first-floor band, and cambered rubbed arches at the ground floor. There is a plinth at the base, and the windows are sashes set in exposed frames. The entrance is marked by a wooden doorcase that includes pediments, a frieze, pilasters, and a five-panelled door that is top-lit.
