Description

The Old Manor House is an early 19th-century house located on Brockhampton Road in Havant. It is constructed of brick with a tiled roof and features two storeys plus an attic, with four windows. The building has blue header walling accented with red brick dressings, brick dentil eaves, quoins, and a first-floor band. The ground floor has rubbed cambered arches above the plinth. The windows are sashes set in exposed frames. The entrance includes a doorcase with a pediment, a frieze, pilasters, panelled reveals, and a six-panelled door, two of which are top-glazed.
