Description
Chesters is a building from the 18th and 19th centuries, standing two storeys tall with a symmetrical façade featuring three groups of three windows and one additional window above the entrance. The front is finished in stucco and includes three two-storey half-octagon bays, each with three windows. The roof is slate and hipped above the bays, with eaves that extend around the side gables as a band above a taller section that has a red tile roof, which transitions to a lower eaves on part of the east side. The walls are primarily painted brickwork, with the upper part at the west end and side being tile hung. The building features sash windows, though some are casements. The entrance door is adorned with a canopy, an architrave, and is a glazed door.
