Description

The churchyard tomb of Charles Kingsley, located in Eversley, is a Grade II listed structure dating from 1875. It features a white stone Celtic cross set on a stepped base made of two plain stones. The tomb is inscribed with the names "Charles Kingsley, January 23rd 1875" and "Fanny His Wife," along with the words "AMAVIMUS AMAMUS AMABIMUS."
