Description

Vine Cottage is a building from the 18th and 19th centuries located on the north side of Lees Hill in South Warnborough. The cottage features a symmetrical front on the east side, comprising two storeys and three windows. There is a later extension to the north that is one storey with an attic and one window. The roof is hipped and covered with red tiles, and it has brick dentil eaves along with a hipped half dormer on the wing. The walls are made of red brick laid in Flemish bond, with cambered rubbed arches on the ground floor that have stepped extrados. The windows are casements, and there is a modern half-glazed porch with a hipped tile roof.
