Description

Varndells is a 17th-century building, with later alterations. The structure is two storeys in part, and one storey with an attic in another section, exhibiting irregular window placement. It has a thatched roof, with a half-hip to the north end and a full hip to the south, and eyebrow dormers over some upper windows. The building displays an exposed timber frame, with painted brick infill and other walling. A plain door is set within a large, glazed, modern porch.
