Description
The boundary wall of St Thomas' Churchyard is a mid-19th century structure made of squared rubble stone, featuring a capping that completely encloses the rectangular churchyard. There is a narrow entrance created by the wall being turned to form flanking to five steps. The main entrance is marked by stone piers that have steep weathering, chamfered corners, and a plinth. These piers are connected by a wrought iron overthrow, which is tapered with scrolling between the outer frames and supports a lamp bracket. The entrance is completed with metal gates.
