Description
Manor Croft is a semi-detached house built in the earlier to mid-19th century. It is constructed of flint with white brick quoins and window dressings, featuring a symmetrical design alongside Manor Lodge, which forms the other half of the pair. The building has an advanced outer gabled bay with geometric brickwork and stands two storeys tall, with two windows that have unbarred sashes. The ground floor includes an end bay with a canted and painted stone battlemented bay window. There is a side gabled porch adorned with a pierced and scalloped bargeboard. Manor Croft, along with Manor Cottage, Manor House, and Manor Lodge, forms a group of 19th-century flint houses, complete with their garden walls and gate piers. This group is also connected to the Parish Church, Church Place, and the listed buildings on Osborne Road.
