Description

Mill House is a house attached to a former corn mill. It has its origins in the 17th century with a front that was updated in the early 19th century and a rear that dates from the mid-19th century. The walls are rendered, featuring deep coved and moulded eaves and stone cills. The roof is slate, with the central part rising to a hip at the ridge of the taller rear wing. The south-west front has two storeys and two windows, which are Victorian sashes. There is a plain solid porch with a moulded cornice and an 18th-century six-panelled door. Inside, the inner walls are timber-framed, and there is a large fireplace opening.
