Description

This is a house dating from the 17th and 18th centuries, with 19th-century additions. It is timber-framed with brick infill, and has a tiled roof. The house is one storey and has an attic, with two windows. The roof is plain, with a catslide at the rear and two gabled dormers, each with sills level with the eaves. The timber frame is exposed, showing evidence of both 17th and 18th-century construction phases. The north gable is largely tile-hung, with a plinth below. Windows have leaded casements. A boarded door is set in a plain frame. A statue, dated around 1900, is positioned on a bracket beneath the eaves on the north side.
