Description

This is an 18th-century building of three houses, numbered 107, 109, and 111, located on London Road in Holybourne. It is likely that the building was originally one residence. The facades are two storeys high and feature four bays. The construction is a mix of colour-washed brick, tile-hanging, and exposed timber framing on the returns. The roof is half-hipped and tiled, with a central chimney. The ground floor includes a bay window that extends through two storeys. There is a six-panel door with a decorative surround and heavy, plain console brackets supporting a moulded hood. Two sash windows with segmental heads are present, along with a secondary door. The first floor has the upper part of the bay window, one blank window, and two sash windows. A small, bracketted eaves cornice runs around the entire building, including the bay window.
